December 31, 2022 - Clear light gold with fine bubbles; clean medium plus nose of crisp lemon and lime; dry; high acidity; medium alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of slight biscuit; medium plus finish; drink now; a serviceable champagne - low on complexity so likely crowd-pleasing; part of Treadwell’s NYE tasting menu

The nose is faintly perfumed in a flowery way; the mousse is fine. On the palate minerality, not much fruit. Brut and nature, as expected!

The finish is long and dry but dull.

I guess the style isn't really my thing (I prefer more complex, PN or PM driven champers with more fruit and interest), but if you want straight forward very dry, austere champagne then this may be your thing.
