October 24, 2020 - Fantastic wine. Beautiful pale greyish colour. Intense nose and flavour, very mineral / stony, with a bit of meadow and white stone fruit. Very well judged acidity make this a very versatile wine, with or without food.

Pears on the nose, touch of saline
Initially doesn't taste of much, some citrus, fresh and saline, but as it warms up it gets creamier, almost oily, but with a mineral intensity like you might get in a Greek island white, with a sort of bass throb of alcohol in the background. Really interesting white which I imagine will open out with time in the bottle.
