Community Tasting Notes 2

May 8, 2023 - Bought this at the Big Taste fundraiser with low expectations but it’s a decent WA cab. Full bodied and aged nicely with some tertiary flavors. Dried plums and cherries with a medium finish. Great for a Monday night with marinated flank steak, finger potatoes and asparagus.

August 1, 2020 - Very nice right out of the bottle (well decanted). Full mouth feel, not too much berry or tannins. However, did not overnight well, using vacuum system and fridge to preserve.
