Community Tasting Notes 6

December 10, 2017 - A treat. Mature with notes of mandarin and peach underpinned by a refreshing acidity. Complex, engaging wine, I love it.

May 25, 2014 - Wonderful golden color. On the nose, green herbs, citrus fruits and golden syrup. On the palate creme brûlée, grilled pineapple, yellow grapefruit and grilled herbs. Wonderfully complex and a nice surprise.

July 4, 2009 - Ate yesterday with grilled scallops and prawns. Wine has very primary minerality and acidity at this point, which give it an almost steely edge. Palate has flavors of ripe lime and apple. The flavor was complete, but this wine is best now for someone who likes a focused French SB.

February 7, 2009 - This will potentially turn in to an outstanding Pouilly Fume. At this stage, the wine is young and fresh with piercing acidity/minerality combined with citrus and green fruit flavors. Precise and elegant with good length, this is a wine that probably need another 2-4 years in the cellar. Excellent. Consumed over 2 days.

    August 20, 2008 - Color - straw gold
Nose - Elegant nose of pear, white flowers, citrus, hint of custard
Palate - Apples, pears, lime, good acidity and balance. Long gracefull finish.

    Would buy again. 90+ pts.
