April 19, 2024 - Lovely. A bit more like a very good Chablis perhaps. Plenty of bright fruits, green apple, citrus. Very well balanced acidity. Limestone minerality. Good length. Concentration and focus. Lots of time in hand too. Under cork, but Diam type.

January 10, 2021 - Smokey, reductive, real mouthful of mineral, wet slate, apple. Served way too cold to start and had a distracting sour grapefruit flavour which was off putting, this did disappear in time. This has the makings of an amazing wine, but that distracting taste is my only drawback. Next time I’ll serve slightly warmer than sub- zero.

October 31, 2020 - This has an edgy tension which really appeals to me that feels stylistically closer to a German Riesling than a rich buttery Burgundy. Electrically refreshing on the palette with beautiful purity of fruit another great success for Australia showing the massive improvements and diversity of wine making. Personally I will be purchasing Chardonnay's in particular form the New World which offer serious value and quality for money in comparison with the Old World.

April 24, 2020 - Canned pineapple juice initially. Then after 2 hours more balanced and less in yo face. Pleasant but not a complex or classic chardonnay.
