May 21, 2022 - I don't get this wine. Boozy, alcoholic nose with cocoa powder. Full bodied, robust. Chocolate and blackberry notes. Tense, high alcohol, unbalanced. I'm underwhelmed.

April 21, 2022 - 2022 Judgement of Chevy Chase (R & N's residence): Expressive nose displaying ripe black fruit, crème de cassis, blackberry, a hint of green, lead pencil, scorched earth, dark spices and earth. Very good concentration, nicely layered concentrated black fruit, good balance, bright acidity, earthy mineral, slightly coarse tannins and a medium to long ripe black fruit driven finish with a hint of green and ash at the end. This is a well made Napa Cab but not quite the same level as the other two wines in the flight.

January 8, 2022 - Dark red fruit on the nose and palette. Enjoyed very much. D really loved. Would pay 45-ish, but not 60-ish….
