January 24, 2024 - Opened three days ago. Very deep color, dark yellow, but quite quite short of Amber. The nose is rather delicate with apple like fruit. Lots of orchard fruits, still well apparent even after sitting in the fridge for three days. Maybe not quite as good as first opened, but not bad. 5-12-17-8: 92/100.
