  January 14, 2024 - This was a really beautiful BdB - chalky and mineral, yet also balanced by a lovely richness. Mostly apple fruit notes. Drinking nicely now, will be very interesting with age.

  Cramant and Chouilly. Chalky, lemon zest, good acidity structure for a 2018. Still too young and a bit edgy. 91-92

  April 6, 2023 - Opening bottle Passover 2023… fine mousse, lots of green apple, bright acidity, hints of pastry crust, medium bodied, crisp finish. Improved with a half hour in the glass. Should improve with a few years in the cellar

  March 18, 2023 - Served as a pair with Bereche Reserve. This was crisper, brighter and more linear than the rounder, easier and more approachable Bereche. This also had a persistent tart green apple note. I think this gets better with a few more years in the cellar
