April 29, 2023 - Very dry, crisp and refreshing, showing subtle mineral and yellow fruit with firm acidity and good mousse. Good sparkling. Had a glass at Pastis for aperitif.

April 15, 2022 - Great stuff, kind of a standout for me in the world of ~$20-$25 bubbles. Good clean fruit on night 1 with white peach and ginger- more obvious yeasty tones on day two, both really nice expressions. What really made it memorable was the sheer intensity of the bubbles- really aggressively energetic, in a super fun way, fireworks that didn't quit. Sort of a strange vibe with like, "large" bubbles, not teeny tiny textural ones but BUBBLES. So many of them.
