January 30, 2021 - Not dead in the slightest. The first 30 minutes were a bloom of intense, mocha/cacao-nib-riddled earth. This became more subdued, with more purely tertiary notes coming to fore, but was a fantastic aged Sangio. Made our and our pasta's afternoon.
