  January 24, 2011 - Classic Elyse Zin ... the 15+ percent alcohol is noticeable at first, but with a second decanting quickly finds it's place ... the flavor is a great blend ... deep, red concentrated fruit, moderate spices (not too hot). Very nice finish, but not overpowering. This was my last one :(

  March 23, 2010 - Really surprised! Had a couple bottles years ago and was pleased with them, but this last bottle has totally evolved. It has put on considerable weight and maintained it's fruit. Full bodied, beautifully balanced, it was just candy. SOOOOO sad it was my last bottle!
