June 21, 2023 - Sweet cotton candy nose with a piercing dark rich purple reddish color. On the palate, ripe dark cherries, boysenberries, dark ripened fruits, sweet tobacco and tannins. There's decent extraction and some nuance/ variation on the palate. A good wine that around 91+ points, but better on day 2 with some air. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot & 5% Cabernet Franc. 93 Points.

October 6, 2021 - Beautiful big bold structured wine. Pretty nose of plums and dark berries. Stones, minerals, new leather and hints of earthiness. Tannins are grippy and chewy. The wine has a substantial length to it. Loved it. Cheers all š·š·

February 17, 2021 - Three hour decant. Deep dark magenta color. Blackberry, boysenberry preserves, anise, violet, salted caramel, and charcoal on the nose. Very smooth, dry, full bodied palate. Firm, full, plush tannins on the longish finish.

August 31, 2020 - Cabernet Sauvignon with 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc, dark cherry on the nose, bit of heat and slightly locked down on PnP, the palate immediately presents with unabashed smooth texture, darker fruit on the palate with blackberry and chocolate, with intermingling floral notes. The cab although higher in percentage acts as the background to the show put on by the merlot in the glass. Finishes long with a touch of oak and graphite. Iām a little astounded by the value here. QPR is off the chart at $80. 95
