  February 26, 2021 - Decanted before serving.
  
  The wine is clear, looks deep Ruby in colour.
  There is no sediment in the bottle.
  
  On the nose: Very fresh on the nose, with some sweetness - candied sweets, slight aniseed, fresh cherry and rasberry with some smoke coming at the end.
  
  On the palate: Dark ripe cherry, smoke, black pepper, aniseed.
  
  The body is medium.
  The wine has slightly angular texture.
  The wine finishes medium/long.
  The wine has fresh to smooth acidity.
  The wine has medium/low level of round Tannin.
  
  Conclusion
  A decent bottle but nothing special.
  Some dark caramelised cherry and some savoury notes. Overall a bit one dimensional but good with food.
  Benefitted with the decant.
