February 15, 2020 - Summer of Riesling (Five Way Cellars, Paddington): A little funky with sulphur, earth, a little apple. Pronounced acidity, sharp green apples on the palate. May years required to give it some complexity...the acid says it could handle it but what is going to be left flavourwise?
