December 25, 2021 - Had with filet Christmas Eve. Decanted for about 2 hours.

October 8, 2021 - Deep ruby. Plum and blueberry on the nose. Medium acidity, medium sweetness. Tastes of sweet fruit, lots of black cherry, cedar, little bit of earth. Very juicy, lots of body, lingering finish.
