May 3, 2021 - 아직 피노누아의 특징을 잘 모르겠음..지난번 마셨던 미국피노는 완전 달고 딸기향 가득했는데 요건 옅은 적갈루비색?으렵다..암튼 그렇고 처음에는 어떤향인지 모르겠어서 마시다보니 단향이 남 딸기는 아니고 빨간베리류가 맞을듯..탄닌감도 조금 느껴지고..산미도 느껴짐..마시기는 나쁘지않으나 내가 아직 파악을 다 못하는듯..다시 마셔볼 의향 있음~

November 22, 2019 - Chilled to 60°. On the nose, violets and earth. On the palate, classic Pinot taste with bright acidity and low tannins. Not overwhelming, overall a pleasant wine with a good QPR.
