July 9, 2022 - Fjerde flaske ud af seks over de seneste tre år, men den virker først nu til at vise sit sande jeg. Moden duft af honning, gule frugter og hvide blomster. Smagen har både smørfedme og ristet toast fra fadlagringen, men det holdes godt på plads af syre og mineralitet, så det aldrig bliver kvabset. Kan formentlig stadig ligge 3-5 år.

April 2, 2021 - A very good Pouilly-Fuissé with characteristic good body and notes of butter and roasted oak. But there is a good balance here between the secondary flavors - butter, toast - and the freshness and minerality from the fruit in form of citrus and yellow stonefruit.Good length and very food friendly. 87-88 p.
