  February 2, 2024 - Decanted 30 minutes before dinner but required even a bit longer to open. On the nose kumquat, sweet blossom and a mineral note, on the palate dry with good acidity, a bit creamy, a hint of bitterness that asks for food, long finish.
  
  In a good spot now, but has enough structure for an additional 6 years.

  March 11, 2022 - First bottle of a half case. PnP but required time in the glass to open. More evolved compared with other resent vintages at this stage. Lemon and first notes of maturity, high acidity, nice bitter note, dense and long, cries for food. Very good now, but might be even better in one or two years.
  
  Had the left over two day later, it was the best of the bottle.

  August 1, 2021 - Lemon yellow, medium(-). Developed, medium intensity nose with oak, vanilla, bitterness and yellow fruit. Dry, burning medium(+) acidity, medium(+) body, medium alcohol (12,5%), just ok length. Flavours of oak, vanilla, citrus. Thick texture, body with weight. This style lacks unfortunately pinot gris character, in addition too much oak and burning acidity for our taste.

  January 16, 2021 - Beautiful fresh and rather complex Pinot Gris. Joyful, lingering and with a good length. Excellent PQR. 86-87
