  December 30, 2021 - Nose of dried flowers, oak, soil. Very mild tannins, very light and not much acid. Taste is somewhat muted, some cherry, spice and oak in background but it’s lingering. It’s decent for the price and not a bad option for a weeknight bottle. Don’t think this would age really well, so drink them if you have them

  February 7, 2021 - I was slightly let down by this one. On first opening the bottle really had a lot of promise on the nose. Old world savory notes of mushrooms and pine backed up by rich dark fruit really rose up out of the glass. However, the palate and mouth feel both felt a bit thin and muted. No real finish to it. No change on day two. Could possibly have been a bottle variation, but probably won't go out of my way to buy this one again.
