April 20, 2021 - Medium purple, with a slight ruby tinge. The two standouts here are the briny olive aromas and the clove/cinnamon spice (with clove taking center stage). There are notes of dark fruit and dill; medium body. This is a Syrah that smacks you in the face, in a very good way. Certainly still young, and will likely improve with age. Though I have to say, very fun to drink now.

March 27, 2021 - Beautiful nose - bramble, olive, violets, herbs. Texturally rich and creamy which you notice before the fruit - underripe blackberries, and a bitter, fresh flavor that persists in the mid-palette throughout. Day two: hardly changed!
