October 20, 2022 - Pale gold. Peach and apricot on the nose.
In the mouth, mandarin and pineapple on entry. The acidity sings. I've never quoted another review before, but someone else summarized it better than I could:
While far from "sweet" this certainly falls into the "off-dry" category... [and] the level of sweetness balances perfectly with the acidity.

October 23, 2021 - Light body, greenish golden color. Intense tropical fruits and flowers aroma complemented by citrus and herbs background. Apricots, ripe apples and tangerines palate following by sour-sweet finish of good length. Very fresh, vibrant and easy drinking, well balanced gentle acidity. Food friendly, well pairing to sushi or sashimi. Serve 11ºC - 12ºC. Drink now and next five/six years.

May 19, 2021 - off dry tending towards sweet but well balanced. just a pleasure to drink. Little bit of honey and tropical fruits.. tending towards slightly overripe so the flavors were full and round as opposed to angular/crisp citrus. drink alone or drink with mildly spicy foods. beginning to enjoy this producer. consistently well made with what i have had.. lower alc on this at 9% abv

April 28, 2020 - Retail $26. Lovely golden color in the glass with aromas of lemon, lime, and even peach along with a strong hint of petrol. The palate is refreshingly tart, with lemon peel, tangerine, and peach. While far from "sweet" this certainly falls into the "off-dry" category and, like with all of Nik Weis' wines, the level of sweetness balances perfectly with the acidity. New label, but same Nik Weis. Excellent.
