May 15, 2021 - Hach - zu grünen Spargel mit Kartoffeln und Schmand - mega - geniale Vaniellenase und ultra Spaß im Glas. Rocket.
Françoise holt uns so ab, dass ich gleich noch den Comme autre fois aus 2005 als Conterpart aufmachen mussten.

April 24, 2021 - Medium yellow with pink hue. Jumps from the glass with lots of floral elements, tangerine, peony. Precise palate with a minerelic finish. Very popular at the table tonight. 90% Pinot Meunier, Extra-Brut.

February 23, 2020 - Lighter golden color. Nice mousse of medium-sized bubbles. Notes of chalky minerality, some yellow fruit, citrus, also some white flowers, saline notes and ends on a touch of bitterness that is adding complexity. Medium-full bodied, with pretty high acidity and a nice mouthfeel full of tension. Pretty long finish. A pretty Champagne with nice precision and focus.
