April 8, 2021 - Big but some restraint, not right in your face. Fleshy apples, green pears, vanilla cream, citrus zest. Lifting acidity, body weight but not heavy.

November 4, 2020 - 14.1% abv. Medium straw, very expressive aromas. Flavor profile is more apple/pear than citrus, but light and energetic on the palate, but also rich and deep. Will improve over the next 4-7 years.
