  April 15, 2023 - Single-varietal champagnes: A little more open than the last time I had this, although still very youthful and tight. Deep, red-fruited nose that made me think it was a BdN. Excellent potential but still needs more time.

  October 2, 2022 - A richer profile chardonnay, but still has nice acid and minerality. Just slightly waxy which is not my favorite note. Dont know why this is in a clear bottle. Solid champagne overall.

  March 6, 2022 - Champagne lunch at Wok15: Guessed 2013 with the leanness and high acidity. Almost Cristal-like with the strong lemon notes, this lacked a little body initially but got better with air. Glad to have tried this but I will be putting mine away for a while.

  May 20, 2021 - 100% Chardonnay. Dsg 7/2019
  
  Very nice floral and lemony nose with a fine but lively bubble.
  
  The palate is both delicate and energetic. Above all, it is terribly delicious, especially on pear, and with a tension that brings a very nice freshness. It’s already supple for a young Blanc de blancs but still sharp. Nice finish on chalk with good length.
  
  I liked it very much, it's very good.
