  May 16, 2020 - Drank from North 19. Dinner with Aline and Mike. Spice and currant nose. Deep dark purple. Dry burst then chaulk oak and plum finish. 7/10.

  March 4, 2015 - Still fabulous. Berries on the nose and palate, smooth as silk. I was afraid I'd waited too long to drink this bottle, but au contraire!

  September 30, 2012 - could have mistaken this for a cab. peppery, dry and little smokey. paired well with a red wine marinated pot roast cooked on the grill.

  June 19, 2009 - On the nose I found pepper, charred meat, fresh cracked pepper, red berries, black berries, cinnamon, spice, and vanilla bean. In the mouth I got tart red fruit, red berries, red plums, anise, spice, and earth. The fruit showed as very tart, with lots of bright red fruit. The wine is juicy and delicious. I’m glad I have another bottle.
