March 1, 2023 - Very nice chard: good balance of butter, citrus and stone fruit, esp on the palate. I had expected this vintage to develop into a fuller/richer flavor; not there yet. Still great stuff.

August 23, 2022 - Quite yellow, and with a strong aroma of...rubber?! Faint green apple flavor notes, but actually somewhat flat on first sip. Patience paid off, though, and while the flavor was still somewhat restrained, almost shy, I was getting light citrus, pear and maybe even a touch of almond. This was a nice compliment to chicken cordon bleu.

July 13, 2022 - Extremely nice though I had expected it to flesh out more by now. Still a great chard: stone fruit, butter and citrus in a nice combo. Nice to sip, great with grilled chicken.

May 10, 2022 - Very nice overall with great balance: stone fruit, citrus, hints of chard butter, just the right amount of acid, etc. I am expecting this to develop richer notes though that hasn't happened to a significant extent. Still great to sip and with food.
