October 24, 2021 - PnP. No improvements nor declines over 2 days. Similar to the bottle 2 years ago but with less freshness, so better to drink up.

September 15, 2019 - Roussillon; 9/14/2019-9/27/2019 (Banyuls): Mineral with a hint of lemon, needs time and air. Quite dense, nice bitter note, fresh and long, elegant, matched to the local cheese, beginning drinking window, may improve with further cellaring, 2019 to 2024+. 90+, superb price to quality relation.
