December 8, 2023 - Started fairly tight/compact/dry, even after an hour or so of air, but opened nicely over the next two hours.

April 10, 2021 - Still two young, but fun savory notes peeking around the edges. Plums, asian spice, soy sauce.

August 2, 2020 - Double decanted and let sit for about an hour. Drank over 2 hours.

Opened up the longer it had to breathe. Dark purple fruits and gravel. Medium tannin. My guess is will be better with time.

January 1, 2020 - Tasted over 3 days - initially restrained on the nose and a bit shut down on the palate, but opened up wonderfully to reveal outstanding structure and length. This is a gorgeous and finessed wine that does very much seem to carry Benoit's signature new-world-meets-old-world sensibility.
