December 24, 2022 - This has matured very nicely as a Zin. I ran it through the aerator, and immediately had some oak, plum and herbal notes. The palate presents plum, caramel, pomegranate and some earth herb tones. Very little pepper, with a finish that has some heat, and is strong with long finish, and moderate tannins. Good QPR.

May 10, 2021 - Well balanced Zin, not overly old vine peppery, has some pepper, but a slight hint of sweetness to it. A delight to drink.
