February 8, 2023 - A much better bottle than last time. Bright gold with a green tinge, it's like an amped-up smoky riesling with a surprising amount of depth to it and a bit of a metallic twang. It has all but lost the effervescence you associate with this style, but there's still a touch of nervousness there. Really interesting.

January 1, 2022 - Bracing and racy with tight lipped green orchard fruits and some fleshy roundness biting at the edges. Some struck match and flint - that sort of smoky minerality. Lovely with olives or on its own.
