  April 26, 2022 - Herbaceous notes with hints of honey crisp apple and passion fruit. Nice acidity, with bitter notes to counteract the tropics fruit flavors, with spice and bitter orange notes on the medium ending. Quite straightforward, definitely nothing special but drinkable.

  September 1, 2020 - Good, mineral Sauvignon Blanc that paired great with some pan-seared white fish. Stone fruit (white peach mostly) on the nose, floral on the palate, good finish. Good summer wine.

  I was expecting this - Stony. Mineral. Energy-giving flavors of pure, crisp, piquant stone fruits, oyster shell, lemon/lime citrus goodness, ZIPPY, so dangerously quaffable - based on the tech sheet but I did not find any of those flavors.
