December 28, 2021 - 2019 Visit to North Canterbury, NZ: This is Pyramid Valley's last vintage of this Chardonnay from 30 year old Mendoza clones from Dog Point, Marlborough. It will be replaced in the range with a Chardonnay from North Canterbury. A nice breezy, chalky, mineral nose. A relatively rich and full and chunky mouth. Citrus, rock melon, pear and some peach around a mineral spine. A decent Chardonnay.
