June 11, 2023 - At Ai Fiori: Decanted 30 minutes. A beautiful expression of the Cabernet Franc. Fruit with earthiness and limited though sufficient acids, round, length.

December 10, 2022 - Wow!!! Big blue fruit notes, with a TON of floras on the initial whiff. Big charry oaky flavors at first. BIG wine. Yes, this will age quite well for the next 5-7 years. But right now, well, sure go for it. Decant if you can, give it a little air. But GO BIG for this one. Bring on the stinky cheeses, the full flavored gamey meats. Indulge!

Strict and finely oaked with a lot of structure from the barrels, cherry almond cake, some cocoa, black tea, white pepper coarsely ground. This has more in common with Paleo Rosso from le Macchiole than with vin nature from the Loire. Recommended.
