January 25, 2020 - 70% Zibibbo from Pantelleria and 30% Grillo from Marsala. Vinified and aged in steel tanks.

    Pale, lemon color.
Lovely Muscat perfume with elderflower, fresh green grapes, ripe citrus fruits, touch of stone fruits, orange blossom and sea breeze. Surprisingly fresh on the palate. I guess that's thanks to the percentage of Grillo in this blend. Medium+ acidity, just below mid weight and fairly moderate alcohol (11,5% abv). Very good intensity to the flavors that is more about zesty citrus, yellow fruits and a streak of salinity. Lingering mouthwatering finish.

A really good and intriguing bottle of wine. We had it with calamari ripieni and that was a hit. Would love to see how this age but it's good to go right now.
