June 25, 2022 - Musique & Vin Festival BYO Dinner with Musicians (1243 Bourgogne Society - Beaune): Small glass. Fully mature, so east to enjoy. Still fresh enough with good weight, good enough length, slightly losing steam on the finish.

December 31, 2020 - Gorgeous perfectly mature nose displaying decadent yellow fruit, tarte tatin, yellow currant jam, apricot, cinnamon role, brioche, a hint of smoke, sweet spices and limestone. Fully integrated palate, layers upon layers of decadent yellow fruit, rich and deeply tone but also precise, energetic and focused, medium to fine, medium abundant mousse, bright acidity, strong mineral, and a long decadent yellow fruit driven finish with tarte tatin and smoke at the end. My experience with the 93 Champagne is very limited. This is showing beautifully.

May 12, 2016 - A much fuller and alive bottle. Acidity is quite well balanced. Much more approachable to the 1996 we had the night before which was austere and had a back palate after taste.
