August 26, 2020 - Colour pale ruby translucent pink to clear edges 15/15
Nose med intensity red fruits cherry strawberry raspberry good purity, florals of rose petal and honeysuckle orange blossom, nice complexity and balance 28/30
Palate med bodied , flavours from the nose good mouthfeel , but if alcohol heat dominates the finish at 14% it’s 9.5% less than last year but could drop another 1% IMHO 40/44
Overall not your typical Mornington Peninsula Pinot , cry’s our for food 9/11
