May 7, 2019 - From magnum. Relatively mature and darker than expected. Apples, full bodied. White berries, with time becomes buttery, like older white Meursault. In fact with time it becomes even more so. A buttery beauty.

December 15, 2015 - Last bottle from a case. Consistently good. This bottle no exception. Beautiful golden honey colored, fine persistent mousse, dry and flavorful in the mouth with well integrated acidity. Not sure it has lost much in the last 5 years. Yum

April 27, 2014 - Steely lemon nose with chalk, lactic nuances, mushrooms and puff pastry.
Dry with good acidic bite and slight effervescence. Steely lemon, mushroomy earth and lactic roundness. Somewhat thin fruit and quite a short aftertaste.
The cork came off too easy and there was not much moussé left. Still the wine wasn't oxidized a bit and I quite enjoyed its vinous expression. From a Mag.

July 10, 2010 - Deep brassy/gold colour. Lovely fine bead. Nose offers up brioche, orange/marmalade. Lovely palate with orange, honey and earth flavours. Good acidity with long finish

December 25, 2008 - Found this on a shelf at a fancy gourmet store in Phoenix. I suspect it has been there since release, and likely aged more rapidly than it might have in the dark recesses of a cellar. Deep golden, honey color. Secondary aromas dominate, toffee, saffron, coffee bean, and some honeyed brioche. Still lively acid (lemon) but more vinous than piercing, perhaps even a little flabby. Aroma complexity was matched on the nose.
