December 30, 2023 - La base del ensamblaje es de 2019. Este Premier cru lleva un 45% de pinot noir, 35% de chardonnay y 20% de meunier. Es un extra-brut, con un dosage de 2 g/l y la fecha del degüelle es mayo de 2023. Dorado pálido. Nariz expresiva, hay un lado de fruta madura, sobre todo con manzana compotada y pera en sazón, acompañado de matices ahumados, algo de frutos secos, algún apunte floral y bastante bollería. En boca la entrada es buena, la burbuja pequeña, con un paso cremoso, notable acidez, de corte cítrico, suaves amargos, bastante largo y con profundidad.

October 29, 2023 - 2016 base wine. Straw yellow with a good mousse. Aromas of baked apples, yeast, funky oysters, like. Nice body with a lot of brioche and yeast on the fore, lots of key lime in the mid, and finishes with quinine and a beautiful limey acidity. Very nice. Finishes like a limey gin and tonic, interestingly! Refreshing.
