June 21, 2021 - DAC - quite dry, bitter butter notes but not overpowering, steely, some mineralness - not Chablis but certainly not California oak. Interesting on the palate. Some complexity. Good balance. Very good Chardonnay which finds a home between the Old and New Worlds.
DEM - great wine, full bouquet, full and complex mouth, very dry, crisp, slight minerally, green apple, hint of oak on the nose and finish, in a good way. So not worth the value.1 person found this helpful Comment -

This wine isn't drinkable by itself. It needs something to pair along with it.
