June 7, 2022 - Rich with elegant old wines.....but not quite as sharply bubbly as other Champagnes....more like a 'cremant' with soft but not crisp bubbles, Quite dry woody edged and rather sour on the back end.

    April 5, 2021 - WIML92

    Tasted non blind.

Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Nose of matchstick, yellow pears and yellow apples. Flavors of lemons, green apples and a hint of red cherry. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink over the short term.
