October 30, 2022 - 40% Clairette, 25% Grenache Blanc, 25% Roussane and 10% Bourboulenc.
Pale to medium gold. White flowers, honeysuckle, atough of honey and obvious minerality (stony Plateau de la Crau) on the nose. It reminds Rhone in every way. Medium to full-bodied, round but also fresh and vibrant. Medium acidity. Slight bitter aftertaste. Intense, medium to long finish. (92+). -
