August 29, 2020 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells earthy with hints of a rich roast coffee. It tastes of raisins, black pepper and chocolate with earthy notes at the back end. The body is medium to full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

June 22, 2020 - Mixed review. Out of the bottle it was flat and flavorless. Made me angry. Day 2 the body and texture were quite nice, for a good long while. Good compliment to a well spiced dinner. Not rich or fruity, not a lot of oak So...it was fine? Give it a lot of air first?
