January 2, 2021 - White fruit and chalk-dominated, with lemon seed, honeydew rind, unripe stone fruit, and white rock flavors pushing out through tense and nervy scaffolding. Finishes pure and clean, but linear and hyper-focused. Lacks much personality at the moment. This will require a few years of unfurling.
