August 6, 2023 - 2018 Dauvissat Family Chablis Tasting (Seattle): Aromas of ripe, yellow and green pear, grapefruit, yogurt/cottage cheese.
On the palate, there is a pleasant beeswax flavor. this wine is very balanced and fleshed out and even from start to finish. Acidity crescendos on the finish. -

April 20, 2022 - Chilled for a day or so and popped and poured . After it got some air and warmth the wine showed itself . Minerality is the theme throughout on this one. A bit reductive on the nose. Lots of srltones, flintiness. Green apple in the background , but usual Chardonnay markers are sparse. Paired well with a chick pea/sweet potato curry. Finish is quite long
