August 6, 2023 - 2018 Dauvissat Family Chablis Tasting (Seattle): notes of ripe to dried lemon and yellow pear, and more oak as evidenced by ginger and clove aromas. there are also yogurt and beeswax notes. There is an enjoyable, sophisticated, mellow vibe to this wine.
