March 16, 2024 - Beautiful medium golden color. I always find this cuvee to have great color intensity.
Bright and fully evolved nose of green apple, citrus and a touch of sweetness.
Medium bodied with plenty of zippy acidity and and a medium plus finish.
Delicious as always and I would opt to drink these up over the next 2-3 years. -

November 10, 2023 - Right in its drinking window. Excellent for non-PC/GC Chablis. Serve a little colder than usual. It seemed to develop in glass, so may have benefitted from decanting.

November 3, 2023 - Nice Chablis with fresh lemon and apples. Not buttery at all which we like, too many Chardonnays taste of too much butter.
