June 30, 2021 - Quite good, and holds up well the next day. My guess is that this will keep getting better for a bit, as there's a sort of rockiness which keeps the finish from being 100% smooth. Not quite tannic, but textured in an interesting way.

February 24, 2021 - Pure Spirits Portfolio Tasting (Oinoscent): The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris.
    The color is slightly deeper.
The wine shows riper fruit, citrus, pear, lemon, grapefruit, lemon leaves and hues of red fruit.
In the palate, the wine shows more tensity than expected, high acidity and crispy citrus fruit, medium body, earthy/natural notes and medium to long finish.

January 22, 2021 - nose- peaches in syrup, white table grapes, and reminds me of gazoz (Uludağ) - pretty nose
mouth - pretty much tastes like the syrup in a can of peaches , without being cloying. very pleasing but not overly complex. still keeps me coming back for more

November 21, 2020 - A pleasant Alsatian white obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir (vinified in white). Straw yellow, quite clear and consistent. Intense and complex aromas with a prevalence of dried fruit / jam (pear, peach, apricot), pineapple. Soft, with good acidity and flavor with a persistent finish. The bottle is sealed with a glass stopper.

    Fantastique effort.

    Pinot auxerrois (25%) - Pinot gris (25%) - Pinot blanc (25%) - Pinot noir (25%) blend.
    Old vines (50+ years)
    Biodynamic / Natural wine

Semi-concentrated yellow in the glass, with a touch of residual effervescence.
Lots of aromas playing off of each other here: honeyed petrol, some apple and pear, pineapple, a line of orange blossoms and some preserved lemon too.
So convincing while tasting, the wine has a tonic quality to it, alongside nice volume, while also maintaining a soft and delicate touch.
    Dense, varied and complex.
Balanced acidity structures the ensemble, and pushes forward to a generous finish, with a distinct mineral quality to it.
There's this apple pie aspect to it, with plenty of creamy vanilla and some cinnamon to back it up.

    Delicious, strong character and wholesome!
    Fantastic effort.

December 21, 2019 - Such great acidity. Apple, floral, pineapple tropical noted on the nose. Some vanilla so some oak likely, but not much. Lots of minerality. Long finish.
