February 12, 2023 - 2 hour decant. Excellent balance. Mineral driven, blueberries. Paired excellent w fondue. Looking forward to trying it with a few more years of age.

September 22, 2022 - Drinking so well. Fresh, but deep blackberry, blueberry, melted licorice, very slight white pepper, good concentration, elegant, nice forest undertones (hint garrigue?). Can't go wrong. W/T at other 2nd bar Tokyo.

January 9, 2022 - Really came along on day 2. The dark fruit really emerged past the initial funk and sort of chemical tone from day 1. Day 2 this wine really took off. Reminded me of a Cayuse more than anything else I’ve had. Not sure about bacon, but tons of savory fruit, pepper , classic Syrah notes and really dry and shining after lots of air.
