March 14, 2024 - Agree with the top scorers below. Very seductive and elegant, but with real character- this was no boring, easy-drinking St Joseph. Unmistakable notes of olive, strawberry, cassis and, as it opened up, peppery spice. Had two glasses, then recorked and finished the bottle 2 days later. Was as good or better after 2 days. 93-94. I'm rounding up because of how much this surprised me on the upside and how well it held up over a few days.

November 21, 2023 - Expressive blackcurrant and blackcherry fruits, violet, dried roses, olives, tar, smoke, sweet spices, swet stone, bit of garrigue. Just medium body and so smooth and accessible now than the Saint-Joseph. Charming with finess. 13.5%.

November 11, 2023 - I wrote last time I tasted this: Very sexy and seductive wine, with lots of blueberry, strawberry, rose, olives, some darker fruit, very round but elegant finish with modest alcohol. A stunner!

This still holds true, it is the Iles Feray to drink if you want to open one now!

November 10, 2023 - Gonon tasting; 11/10/2023-12/10/2023 (Utregs Wijnhuis, Utrecht, NL): Very good, today not at the level of the 2019 imho. More structure, deep, but not as plush. Black fruit, bacon, a green note. Medium+ acidity, medium+ tannins, medium+ finish
