April 17, 2022 - Lovely expression of Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon by the good folks at Rusack. It shows dark brooding fruit on the nose with Casillas, black cherry, and a little cola— with tertiary Notes of Olive and mushroom. On the pallet it’s complex, Laird and with good structure revealing dark berry flavors with a hint of earthiness. Love this wine.
